Refunds & Returns
At Soapee, we want you to love your order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our returns policy makes it easy to resolve things quickly.
🌱 Returns
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened soap bars.

💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚚 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@soapee.co.uk and we’ll arrange it for you.
🆓 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
